1. Products and Services

We create handmade, custom photo magnets using images submitted by customers. Each item is custom-made and may have slight variations due to the handmade nature of the product.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

2. Custom Orders and Customer Submitted Photos

By submitting photos or images to us, you confirm that:

  • You own the photo or have permission to use it
  • The photo does not violate copyright laws
  • The photo does not violate privacy rights of another person
  • The photo does not contain illegal content

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.

3. Image Quality Disclaimer

Final product quality depends heavily on the photo(s) submitted. We are not responsible for results caused by:

  • Low resolution images
  • Blurry photos
  • Dark lighting
  • Pixelation
  • Cropped or distorted images provided by the customer

By ordering, you accept that the final product will reflect the quality of the submitted image.

4. Order Processing and Production Time

Because each item is handmade and custom-made, production times may vary. Estimated processing times are listed on our website but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, material shortages, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping times are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary. Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

You will receive tracking information (if available) once your order ships.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your order, you must contact your local postal service or carrier to file a claim.

We may assist with information, but we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for stolen packages.

7. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or undeliverable, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Because our items are custom-made, all sales are final unless the order arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging (including shipping label)
  • A brief description of the issue

If damage appears to be caused after delivery (customer handling), your claim may be denied.

Refunds Not Guaranteed

Refunds are not automatic. If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement magnet(s)
  • Store credit
  • Discount code for a future purchase
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund (rare, depending on situation)

The resolution offered is determined by Magnetify Photos at our discretion.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if production has not started. If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately after ordering.

Once production begins, cancellations are not accepted.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, logos, product photos, website content, and descriptions on this site are the property of Magnetify Photos and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Customer Content Rights

You retain ownership of any photo you submit to us. By submitting your photo, you grant us a limited license to use the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We will not use your photo for promotional purposes unless you give explicit permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnetify Photos is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers
  • Incorrect customer-provided shipping information
  • Dissatisfaction due to photo quality provided by customer
  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

13. Product Care Disclaimer

Magnets should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Water exposure
  • Heat exposure
  • Dropping or bending
  • Improper storage
  • Use on unsuitable surfaces

14. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment issues.

15. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate image submissions
  • Harassment or abusive behavior toward our business
  • Suspected fraud or chargeback risk
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions
